Though not frequent, Greenbrier Graphics has been asked to “free up” activations. We are unable to de-activate in a manner that would release or “free up” activations. Our activation/deactivation process is designed to enable licensed customers to, in most cases, de-activate their license(s). (Exceptions may occur that result in our adding activations.)

Prior to transferring Net Deed Plotter, replacing the computer, re-imaging, cloning, changing the operating system, or making repairs, select “Deactivate License” from the Net Deed Plotter “Help” menu to avoid loss of the activation.
If you have lost your LicenseID and/or password, please return to our License Activation Support topic and select the “Customer License Portal” button to have the values sent to the email address used when registering your license. (for version 5.60 or newer)
The form below should include details, including the version of Deed Plotter, error codes, error messages, etc. (Note: We often answer support by phone.)
